1. Who we are

"InboxIntelligence", "we", "us", and "our" refer to InboxIntelligence, an AI automation business that builds websites and operates SMS / voice messaging programs for local-service companies. By using this website (inboxintelligence.space) or by participating in any SMS program we run, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or the messaging programs.

2. SMS messaging terms

These terms apply to anyone who opts into an SMS or text-message program operated by InboxIntelligence — whether on our own behalf, or on behalf of a business client whose messaging service we provide.

• Program description. SMS messages are used to respond to missed calls, qualify and book service appointments, send appointment reminders, request reviews after a completed job, and answer customer questions about service. Messaging is operated through HighLevel / LeadConnector and delivered via U.S. wireless carriers.
• How you opt in. By texting our (or our client's) business number, providing your number on a contact form or booking page, or being a known existing customer who agreed to receive service-related texts, you consent to receive SMS from the program.
• Message frequency. Frequency varies by program and your interaction. Most users receive only a few messages tied to a specific job or inquiry.
• Message & data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not charge a fee, but your wireless carrier may.
• Carriers. Compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts from that program.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at inboxintelligence.info@gmail.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any local, state, federal, or international regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, our systems, or any client's data
• Interfere with the operation of the site (denial of service, scraping at abusive rates, automated probing)
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the SMS service to send anything you would not be authorized to send under TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or carrier rules

4. Intellectual property

All content on inboxintelligence.space — copy, design, code, logos — is owned by InboxIntelligence or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Personal viewing of the site in a browser is fine and expected.

5. Client work & deliverables

When we build a website or deploy automation for a client, separate written agreements (proposals, statements of work, or signed contracts) govern that work — including pricing, deliverables, timeline, and ownership. These Terms & Conditions do not override any signed client agreement.

6. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers to operate the service, including (but not limited to) HighLevel / LeadConnector for SMS, voice, the on-site chat widget, and CRM pipeline, Anthropic for AI replies, Vercel for hosting, Google Workspace for email, and Cal.com for scheduling. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies apply to their portion of the service. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or pricing changes caused by third-party providers.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the SMS service are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — about uninterrupted operation, message deliverability, accuracy of AI-generated replies, or fitness for a particular purpose. Carriers may delay or fail to deliver messages for reasons beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxIntelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the SMS service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a free SMS program is limited to $100. For paid client work, liability is governed by the signed client agreement.

9. Indemnification

If you use our SMS service to message your own customers (for example, as a business client of ours), you agree to indemnify and hold InboxIntelligence harmless from any claim arising from messages you authorized us to send, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or carrier-rule claims based on your customer list or message content.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or SMS service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
