Plain English. The short version: we don't track website visitors, we don't sell anyone's information, and any phone number you give us for SMS stays between us, you, and the carriers required to deliver the message.
InboxIntelligence ("we", "us") is an AI automation business serving local-service companies. We operate inboxintelligence.space and provide SMS-based services to clients and their customers.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes — ever. We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the website and deliver the SMS services our clients have hired us to run.
No mobile information collected through SMS opt-in will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile information is used solely to provide the messaging service the user opted into, and to comply with carrier and legal requirements.
We do not collect personal information from website visitors directly. Standard server logs may record an IP address and a user-agent string when a page is requested — this is normal hosting infrastructure (Vercel) and is not used by us to identify or profile individuals.
If you choose to email us at inboxintelligence.info@gmail.com or book a call through our scheduling link, only the information you voluntarily provide (name, email, optional phone number, any notes you include) is collected, and it is used only to respond to you.
Some pages on this site (currently /audit and /start) load advertising pixels so we can measure the performance of ads we run and show relevant follow-up ads to people who have visited:
These pixels do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers from this site. They use cookies and a hashed identifier to recognize browsers across websites. To opt out, you can use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting, install a tracker-blocker extension (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger), or adjust your ad preferences directly with Meta and LinkedIn. The homepage and this privacy page do not load any pixels.
Our core service includes sending SMS messages and placing/receiving phone calls on behalf of our business clients. When a phone number is added to one of our SMS programs — by the client, or by an end customer who explicitly opts in — we collect:
This information is used only to deliver the messaging or voice service the user opted into — for example, replying to a missed call, confirming an appointment, or sending a Google review request after a completed job. We do not use it for any other marketing purpose.
End users only receive SMS from one of our clients after explicitly opting in — typically by texting our client's business number, providing their number on a form, or being a known existing customer of the client.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. The number will be unsubscribed immediately and will not receive further messages from that program. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at inboxintelligence.info@gmail.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by program.
We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly required to deliver the service — for example, our SMS, voice, chat widget, and CRM platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector) and the downstream mobile carriers it uses to actually transmit a text message to a phone, plus the AI model provider (Anthropic) that helps generate replies. These providers are contractually bound to handle data only on our behalf and not to use it for their own marketing.
We do not sell phone numbers, message content, or any other personal information. We do not share it with lead generators, advertisers, or affiliates for marketing.
SMS conversations and call data are retained only as long as needed to operate the service for our client and meet legal/carrier record-keeping requirements. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time, and end users may request that their phone number and message history be deleted by replying STOP or contacting us directly.
Regardless of where you live, you can email inboxintelligence.info@gmail.com to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days.
If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or our SMS services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
