Inbox Intelligence

Fire protection sites built for commercial buyers.

Different trade, different customer. The person searching is usually a facilities manager or an owner with an inspection date coming, and what they need to see is that you are legitimate, certified for the work and able to turn up on schedule.

What we hear from fire protection owners

Where the calls are going instead.

  • Your buyer is commercial and cautious, and a site that looks like a residential handyman loses the enquiry immediately.
  • Extinguisher service, inspections, suppression systems and alarms get bundled into one page nobody can search for.
  • Compliance-driven searches are specific, and a general page does not match them.

What we do about it

The same four things, every time.

Websites

A site built around your trade.

Written from scratch around fire protection work, your towns and your own photos. Fast, mobile-first, and structured so a search engine can read it.

SEO & GEO

Found on Google, named by the AI.

A real page for each service in each town you cover, plus the markup that lets Google and ChatGPT confirm who you are and recommend you by name.

Social media

Something to find when they check.

Real photos from real fire protection jobs, posted consistently, so the profile someone opens before calling looks like a business that turns up.

Ads

Work coming in while it builds.

Paid campaigns pointed at pages built to convert, covering the towns worth winning now, wound down as the ranking takes hold.

Proof

A one-truck operator beat Orkin to the top.

Commercial buyers check before they call. A site that states plainly what you are certified to do, which counties you cover and what an inspection involves does more of the selling than any amount of design.

ChatGPT · unedited"best pest control company Mililani"

Questions

What people ask.

What do commercial buyers look for?

Evidence that you are real and qualified: what you are certified to do, the areas you cover, how fast you can schedule, and who else you work for. Vague claims cost you the enquiry.

Should I list certifications on the site?

Only the ones you actually hold, stated exactly. Overstating a certification in this trade is a serious problem, and we will not publish one we cannot confirm with you first.

Is SEO worth it for a commercial trade?

Yes, and it is often cheaper than in residential trades because fewer competitors bother. The searches are lower volume but the intent and the contract values are far higher.
