First on Google. Named by the AI.
Two jobs that used to be one. Search still sends most of the work, so we do the local SEO properly. But a growing share of people now ask an assistant and act on the first name it gives, and almost nobody in the trades is set up for that yet.

The problem
What GEO is, and why it matters now
GEO stands for generative engine optimization. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google’s AI answers who to call for a job in their town, the assistant has to pick. It picks from businesses it can actually read and verify: name, service area, hours, services, reviews, and answers to the obvious questions, all published in a form a machine can parse.
Most local sites publish none of that. They have a phone number in an image and a paragraph about being family owned. So the assistant names whoever it can confirm instead, and the recommendation goes to a competitor. That gap is the whole opportunity, and it will not stay open.
A page for every service, in every town
One page cannot rank for ten services across twelve towns. It competes with itself. We build the real pages, written properly rather than the same text with the town swapped.
The markup that makes you verifiable
Business details, services, service area and reviews published as structured data, so Google and the assistants can confirm you exist and what you do.
Answers in the format AI quotes
The questions your customers actually ask, answered properly and marked up. This is the single most common route into an AI answer.
An llms.txt written for the crawlers
A plain-language brief for the AI crawlers that read it first. Almost nobody in the trades publishes one yet, which is exactly why it works.
Proof
A one-truck operator beat Orkin to the top.
Terminatus Pest Control was one truck, newly trading, with no website at all. Ninety days after launch it was the first organic result in its town, with three national brands paying for the slots above it — and ChatGPT names it first.

Questions
What people ask.
How long until I rank?
Movement usually starts in the first few weeks and gets meaningful between three and six months, depending on how competitive your trade and town are. Terminatus Pest Control was the top organic result in its town ninety days after launch, which is fast and not something we promise to everyone.
Is GEO just a rebrand of SEO?
No, though they overlap. SEO is about which page ranks in a list of links. GEO is about whether an assistant names you at all when it gives a single answer. The same groundwork helps both, but the markup and the content that get you quoted are specific.
Do I need to be on Google Business Profile too?
Yes, and it is usually the fastest win available. The map results drive a large share of local calls, and the listing is also one of the sources an AI checks to confirm a business is real.
