Find out what is stopping the calls.
A free audit of your site against sixteen things that decide whether a local business gets found. It leads with what is wrong and what we would do about it, not with a score.
No long-term contracts · You own everything we build
What it checks
Sixteen things, in four groups.
Every one of these runs against your live site while you wait. Nothing here is a guess, and nothing is a placeholder for a sales call.
Getting found on Google
Google is allowed to list you · Your listing says what you do and where · You control your description in the results · Enough pages to rank for more than your own name · A page for each town you work in · Content that answers what people search
Being named by AI
An AI can confirm who and where you are · Your reviews are readable by an AI · Your answers are in the format AI quotes · A file written for the AI crawlers
Proof that you are real
Your Google listing is connected to your site · Somewhere to check you out before calling
Turning visits into calls
Your number can be tapped · The page appears before people give up · It works on a phone · Browsers trust your address
Checked by hand
Three things a script cannot honestly tell you.
These need a real search, a real question put to the AI assistants and a real look at your competitors. We do them by hand before we speak to you, rather than faking a number.
Where you actually sit for your trade and town
Your real position on the results page, and who is above you and why.
Whether ChatGPT names you
We ask the AI assistants who they would recommend for your trade in your town, and tell you exactly what came back.
Your reviews against the people beating you
How many you have, what you are rated, and how far off the people ranking above you that is.
Questions
What people ask.
Is it actually free?
Yes. No card, no account, no trial. You give us the business name, trade, town and your website, and the report comes back on the screen.
Do you need access to my website?
No. It reads the public page exactly the way Google does. Nothing is installed and we never ask for a login.
How long does it take?
Seconds. The checks run against your live site while you wait.
What do I actually get?
The problems first, worst area first, each one with what we would do about it. There is a score, but it is one line at the bottom rather than the point of the exercise.
Why does it lead with problems instead of a score?
Because a score on its own tells you nothing you can act on. A business that scores well decides it is fine and leaves; a business that scores badly has no idea what to fix. The failures and the fixes are the useful part.
Are the results padded to make me look bad?
No, and that matters to us. An earlier version of this tool scored almost everything nine or ten because it tested things every modern site passes. It was thrown away and rebuilt to test the things that actually separate businesses that get calls from ones that do not. Some sites score well and we say so.
